This rejuvenation therapy prescribed in ayurveda endows the individual with longevity, memory, intellect, positive health, youth, excellent complexion, voice, strength of sensory and motor organs. Main aim of this therapy is to maintain the youth of the individual along with the maintaining of his long life.

.Day 01: Arrival
On arrival meet assist and transfer to Kovalam OR Alappuzha, check in at the resort. Afternoon consultation with the Ayurvedic physician. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 - 7
Forenoon Session: General body massage and steam bath.
Afternoon Session: Njavarakizhi and medicated bath.

Day 8 - 14
Forenoon Session: Pizhichil.
Afternoon Session: Shirodhara

Day 15: Onward Destination

Diet: A strict ayurvedic diet would be recommended for the clients.

Internal Medication: Medicines and health drinks will be given twice daily, according to the doctor's advice.
